Dear participants,
As you may know, the deadline for abstract submission is 15 May at 23:59 (Chilean time).
To ensure that your work is considered for presentation by the Scientific Committee, we would like to remind you that:
- You must be registered for the congress,
- Your payment must be completed and cleared,
- Your abstract must be submitted in English.
Abstracts may be edited until 15 May. Since no corrections will be possible after the platform closes, please ensure the following details are correct:
- All contributing authors are correctly listed,
- All affiliations are accurate,
- The status of your abstract appears as “Submitted”. Abstracts remaining in “draft” status will not be evaluated.
IMPORTANT: In the section “My Abstracts”, following the link “Create Abstract”, you have to fill the section “Requested Presentation Type and Area”. As plenary and special lecturers and symposium speakers have already been selected by the Scientific Committee, applicants not participating in these activities should select “poster” as the preferred presentation format during submission.
Following the section “Funding”, you will find the question: “Are you an early-stage researcher [with a maximum of 7 years since completing your postdoctoral studies]? “
If your answer is YES, please complete the second question: “Would you like to be considered for a symposium for young researchers?”.
The FALAN Scientific Committee will select 8 speakers from among these applicants to participate in 2 scientific symposia.
