Financial support is provided for travel to:

Attend course/workshop training sessions.
Visiting a core facility

For:

Bioimaging facility users / imaging scientists
Bioimaging Facility Staff

Latin America Bioimaging will provide financial support for training and career development activities. Three programs are offered to improve bioimaging capacities in Latin America, maximizing the education and training resources available in the region and opening access to research infrastructure.

The call for applications is aimed at individuals registered at LABI and resident in Latin America. It will be held on a regular basis of two calls per year during the period 2023-2025.

This program is possible thanks to funding from The Chan Zuckerberg Initiative.

Program 1: Travel grants to attend Bioimaging courses Aimed at users and researchers.

Program 2: Travel grants to attend Bioimaging courses Aimed at staff of bioimaging service units.

Program 3: Travel grants for professional development and connection of Imaging Facilities in Latin America. Aimed at staff of bioimaging service units.
