Dear FALAN 2026 organizing committee,
I am a graduate student and applied for the Travel Grant before the April 15 deadline, having also submitted my abstract as required. I intend to attend the congress regardless of the grant outcome.
I would like to kindly ask whether Travel Grant applicants are guaranteed access to the current registration fee (USD 80 for graduate student members) even if the results are announced after the May 1 deadline. Alternatively, should I proceed with payment before May 1 to secure this rate?

Travel Grant results are still under evaluation, and we cannot yet confirm the announcement date.
However, please note that applicants will still be able to access the second early registration fee if Travel Grant results are communicated after May 1, as indicated on the congress website.
Participants may also choose to complete their registration in advance. If needed, registration fees may be refunded upon request before June 20, according to the congress cancellation policy.
